Studying and practicing Holistic Studies for over 13 years, I am certified in:

I have also earned my B.A. in Psychology from Warren Wilson College, focusing my studies on Mental Illness, Depression, Schizophrenia and Biopsychology.

Certified in over 1,000 hours of bodywork therapies, I have been practicing Somatic Bodywork and Massage Therapy for 8 years and graduated from the North Carolina Center for Massage & Natural Health. I have a multi-disciplinary background working with chiropractors, physical therapists, acupuncturists, collective massage therapy clinics, spas and in private practice.

Through my trainings and initiations at the North Carrolina School of Natural Healing & with my meditation teacher, Craig Ellis, I received teachings focusing on universal meditations, mysticism, CranioSacral Therapy, Core Channel Breath work & Energy Healing. In 2001, I began studying with Dr. Isa Guccardi in San Francisco, Ca. and completed her Depth Hypnosis Training the following year.

Working for 5yrs at the Omega Institute for Holistic Studies (Rhinebeck, NY) also awakened me to many profound teachers & healers. Through Omega, I've had the opportunity to study with Ram Das, Tich Naht Hahn, Baba Olatundja, Alex Grey, Deepak Chopra, Michael Harner and many others. Omega was the birth of my formal Shamanic studies. They have continued with Michael Harner (Foundation for Shamanic Studies), John Perkins (Dream Change Coalition), Indigenous Shamans of South America, and Isa Gucciardi ( Foundation of the Sacred Stream).

Helping others comes naturally to me. I have always been aware of a deep calling from within to assist others. I was always curious about how people, animals and nature functioned. It was obvious there was a greater universal awareness that ran through everything. This perspective remains at the core of my life and work. My focus is on personal evolution through meaningful service.

I seek to educate others, through my work, about the active role one can take in their health care.
